Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Access Your Profile

In the top of the page, click on the user icon (small person icon).
From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.

2. Navigate to Notifications

Once in your profile, click on the Notifications tab. This will take you to the section where you can manage your notification preferences.

3. Modify Notification Preferences

Under the Notifications section, you will find options to manage the types of email notifications you want to receive. These include: My bid is outbid – get a notification when someone places a higher bid than yours. Favorite auctions closing soon – be alerted when auctions you're interested in are about to close. Auctions I've bid on have ended – receive updates when an auction you participated in has concluded.

Ensure the checkboxes next to the notifications you want to receive are selected.

Navigate to the Dashboard page on the platform.
Click + Add New Sales

Select one of the options:

Auction: Set a starting price and let the bidders drive it up.
Fixed Price Offer: Set an exact price for your listing. Buyers can purchase immediately or send you price proposals (optional).
Enable Price Proposals: If you turn on this feature, buyers can propose an alternative price. Proposals must be at least 70% of your listed price. You can choose to accept or reject these proposals.

Title: Choose a brief and clear title for your listing. If you need help, we can assist and revise it for you.
Category: Select the appropriate category for your items from the dropdown menu.
Quantity: Indicate the total number of units available in the batch.
Goods Location: Specify where the items is stored or the pickup location.
Currency: Select the currency for the listing. Options include EUR or USD.

1. Notification of Listing Results

Both the buyer and the seller will receive an email notification. This email will include important details such as:

The listing ID number.
The number of units.
The listing name or title.
Sale/Purchase price. | Additionally, the message will contain a link that directs you to the listing page. On this page, you will find the contact details of the other party and instructions to complete the transaction smoothly.

2. Payment

The buyer is responsible for making the payment within the seller’s specified payment period (we recommend 3 days). The payment method is determined by the seller and may include options such as:

Bank transfer (prepayment).
Other methods as agreed upon by the seller. Payment Deadline: The buyer must complete the payment within the timeframe set by the seller. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the sale or potential penalties, such as suspension from the platform.
Seller’s note: Sellers should clearly communicate both the payment method and deadline prior to the sale conclusion to avoid any confusion.

Step 1: On the auction listing, select the option to set up Auto-Bidding.
Step 2: Enter your maximum bid—the highest amount you’re willing to pay for the batch.
Step 3: The system will automatically increase your bid incrementally to maintain your lead, as long as it stays below your maximum bid.
